The trail is a mix of wide open, "flowy" fire road to over grown, technical and rocky single track. It is simple: go fast the ride is advanced, go slow to reasonably paced the trail is beginner to intermediate. Yes the trail is safe for beginners. I just got off the phone with Jeff, from the scuba shop we do our Discover Scuba diving with and he is gonna hook us up over the December holidays.
